I was looking for an draftsman and designer Company to assist me with
my concept on rough drawings to open a Kids Indoor Family Entertainment
Center in a 6000 Sq. Ft. space in Silverado, Calgary SW. After
interviewing a few companies and individuals, I thought that
John Trinh was an excellent person to work with. I met with John
and gave him my rough drafts and my concept. I found John not
only to be reasonable in price, but also accommodating to a high
energy person (myself), in addition to being very insightful
with ideas. He coached me and advised me on my ideas and concepts
that would not have passed code inspection. He worked also as
a conduit between the Mechanical Engineers and myself in addition
to working with the City. If revisions needed to be made it was
no problem. John submitted my plans for the building permit and
they were approved in less than three weeks without a hitch.
I can truly attest to John’s highest level of professionalism
and quality of work and I’m happy to give him this recommendation.

Recently, I was in a panic looking for someone to draw the floor plans of the house we were renovating. I had no idea who to call, I searched Kijiji and got John's number. I liked his ad because it was uncomplicated and straight forward. John returned my email inquiry promptly and professionally. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to go to the house the next day. As promised, not only did John email to me, professionally prepared drawings, he did so ahead of schedule (he had estimated 2 days), he made changes equally promptly and professionally. I am so happy to have found John and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his services. He is a pleasure to work with and extremely good at what he does. Corina We worked with John to do our initial drawings for our upcoming main and second floor reno. His first approach was to redesign from scratch creating the best function for the space as though there were no walls or restrictions. After seeing our reaction (a bit overwhelmed) and hearing about our budget he quickly shifted gears and came up with a solid plan to create our new open concept, yet staying within our existing footprint... and our budget! While there have been a few tweaks since then, this plan has formed the basis for our renovation and our idea to create a new modern sanctuary. John's approach to design, his professionalism and quick turnaround made him a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a designer.
