Recently, I was in a panic looking for someone to draw the floor plans of the house we were renovating. I had no idea who to call, I searched Kijiji and got John's number. I liked his ad because it was uncomplicated and straight forward. John returned my email inquiry promptly and professionally. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to go to the house the next day. As promised, not only did John email to me, professionally prepared drawings, he did so ahead of schedule (he had estimated 2 days), he made changes equally promptly and professionally. I am so happy to have found John and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his services. He is a pleasure to work with and extremely good at what he does. Corina We worked with John to do our initial drawings for our upcoming main and second floor reno. His first approach was to redesign from scratch creating the best function for the space as though there were no walls or restrictions. After seeing our reaction (a bit overwhelmed) and hearing about our budget he quickly shifted gears and came up with a solid plan to create our new open concept, yet staying within our existing footprint... and our budget! While there have been a few tweaks since then, this plan has formed the basis for our renovation and our idea to create a new modern sanctuary.
